Those machines have left the factory completely equipped with Treetech IEDs and are integrated to the <b>Sigma4net<\/b> monitoring software for online follow up of the main parameters that indicate operating anomalies.<br \/>\nThe system functions include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Temperature (TM1)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Voltage Regulation (AVR)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Gas and Moisture (GMP)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Bushings(BM)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Membrane (MBR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">Therefore, since the transformers started to operate, Petrobras has had access to the diagnostics and prognostics which allow the best decisions to be made to keep the plant always available.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">On the other hand,\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">UTE Euz\u00e9bio Rock<\/span><\/strong>, in Cubat\u00e3o-SP, connected to the SIN system (with 216 MW installed power) has updated the facilities that have operated since 2010.04 power transformers were integrated to the unit&#8217;s company software.<br \/>\nWith the purpose of obtaining safety and agility, the following was considered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p2\">Bushing Monitors (BM) to check the integrity of the capacitive bushings<span class=\"s1\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Moisture Monitors (MO) for the control of operating restrictions due to the presence of water in the insulating oil;<\/li>\n<li class=\"p2\">Temperature Monitors (TM1) for machine control and thermal protection<span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">In addition to that, all collected information is shared with the plant&#8217;s event recording system, via OPC driver. Therefore, the same reliable source is responsible for sharing information with the several teams involved in transformer operation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">By applying these <b>asset management<\/b> concepts.
